As part of our training this year we are offering a pharmacy management masterclass exclusive to only 8 students at a time. Our March event is now fully booked. This closed door training event will be held in Leicester. You will be empowered to be ready from day one when it comes to managing your pharmacy team, reducing leakage in your business, understanding your NHSBSA statement and what it means, developing your business, navigating regulatory issues, what to look for when buying a pharmacy, and management accounts.

Each student will be given a folder with all of what they need to start leading their pharmacy team from day 1 and support will be provided throughout the year to check on progress.

Your lead trainer Mohammed Kolia is a Director and Lecturer. He has years of experience in Management, as a Superintendent and Director of a pharmacy chain, Chairing Local Pharmaceutical committees, pharmacy ownership and Neurodiversity clinics. Mohammed is now working on a few research projects and is Director of Neuroaffinity and other organisations. Mohammed is keen develop leaders for the future.
